All concerns found at the previous inspection have been corrected.
Lighting is provided in the back storage room. Floor tiles have been repaired. Dishwasher sanitizer detected in the rinse water.
Please check equipment temperatures daily and record (log sheets provided).
Change of ownership. Health permit fee collected ($104.17).
