Observation:
The sink in the drive-thru area, has a leaking faucet and the sink basin is not secured or sealed. Water will drip and accumulate on the floor. This dampness and accumulating water will attract and breed flies.
Corrective Action(s):
Repair and/or replace the faucet and sink basin, so that the faucet no longer leaks when it is turned on or off. And, secure and seal the sink basin to the frame, so water does not leak below onto the floor.

Comments

A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -17C or colder; hot holding units 60C or hotter; thermometers present; and temps recorded daily.
- Quats sanitizer in spray bottles, cloth buckets, and 3-comp sink had a strength of 200ppm.
- Foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labeled; date coded; foods stored in groups with proteins separate or below RTE foods; and foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves, racks or platforms.
- No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed.
- FS certified (or equivalent course) staff present.
- General sanitation level is good. Exhaust canopies are scheduled to be cleaned today or tomorrow by a professional company.
- No signs of pests.
- Staff wear face masks, hair nets, gloves (when handling raw meats), and clean uniforms.
- Hand sanitizer available to staff and patrons and physical distancing markers present on floor in customer areas.
- Discussed results of inspection with the management, no signature obtained due to the pandemic.
