Follow up inspection to report# TSTY-ANAUYM
- "Foster" cooler has been removed from the bakery kitchen. The site manager stated that a new unit may be added in the future but does not need a replacement yet.
- There is adequate cold storage in the walk in cooler for cold potentially hazardous food items.
- Once a new cooling unit has been installed, ensure it maintains temperature < or = 4C at all times.
- The side of the bakery oven has been cleaned and maintained in sanitary condition. Ensure to clean this area regularly to prevent build up of dirt and grease.
