- Scoops, lids, and bins for dry ingredients have been cleaned and sanitized.
- No improper thawing noted at this time.
- Food items stored in walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer were covered/protected from contamination.
- Fridge door handles were noted to be clean.
- Operator and staff have begun cleaning in hard-to-reach areas, however further deep-cleaning in between/underneath cook line equipment is required.
**Reminder to clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces frequently throughout each day, and to deep-clean in all hard-to-reach areas at least once a week.
