Comments

- No food noted at room temperature. All prefried tempura and tempura batter in cooler units. Teriyaki chicken in hot holding unit. No concerns with temperatures at time of inspection.
- Portioned tofu in bowls now kept in cooler but are still double stacked. Do not double stack containers in food.
- Tape on sliding door for sushi display case has been removed. Door has been repaired/replaced.
- Boxes of yams and other foods have been put in the room adjacent to the public washrooms. Keep this door closed/locked to prevent access by customers. Door was currently propped open.
- Door for chest freezer in the kitchen was still broken. Repair/replace freezer/freezer door.
* Double stacking of miso soup bowls, storage of yam boxes and repair of chest freezer door still outstanding. All other issues corrected. Outstanding items to be completed by next routine inspection.
