Corrective Action(s): Correction: Manager transferred the sauce to a food grade container. Make sure canned food are transferred immediately to food grade container after it has been opened.

-Walk in cooler 2 deg. C, walk in freezer: -10 deg. C
-Ice cream freezer: -13 deg. C, prep cooler bottom 2 deg. C top: 4 deg. C
-Undercounter cooler: 2 deg. C
-Dipper well available for scoop under running water
-General sanitation is satisfactory
-Orkin visits once a month (pest control service)
-Low temperature dishwasher 50 ppm chlorine residual on plate.
-FOODSAFE certificate on site.
-Hot holding sauce: 62 deg. C
