Inspected at the Approved Kitchen, Kinsmen Community Center. No food was being prepared at time of inspection. Hand wash stations provided by Center are fully supplied with liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers. Cabinets, chemical sanitizers, utensils and mixing bowls are typically not supplied or provided by the Center. Please ensure you supply your own sanitizers. Dishwasher not available for use at the Center, 2 compartment sinks (2 of them) are available for utensil sanitizing. Two stoves available for cooking. Operator has designated, labelled shelf that is secure for storing dried items, jars and other canning items. A recent Food Safe Certificate has been provided to file. No signs of pests at the time of inspection.
