*Prepackaged sandwiches, ice cream, hot beverages, slushies and prepackaged non-potentially hazardous foods. *Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. *Sanitizer (bleach) available (>200 ppm) - use 100 ppm -provide new spray bottle (spray nozzle not working properly) *Sandwich cooler was at 4 deg C. *Main cooler was at 2-4 deg C. *Ice cream freezers were at or below -18 deg C. *General sanitation was good. *Washrooms were well maintained.
