Observation: No observable sanitizing process in place for food contact surfaces.
Corrective Action(s): Implement a diluted bleach solution in spray bottle sanitizing step for work surface disinfection purposes. Cloth in sanitizer bucket process for surface disinfection not working. Utilize 1/2 teaspoon to 1 litre of water to achieve 100 - 200 ppm solution.
