Test strips available for use. 200ppm quats available for use. Wiping cloth stored in solution when not in use. Dry storage area clean and organized. Permit to operate posted on cabinet door. FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection. Temperature monitoring records maintained and available for review. Sliding glass door cooler at 3-4 degrees C. Upright cooler at 0-2 degrees C.
