- Personal items no longer observed near food prep area
- Chemicals no longer observed to be stored above food prep area
- Ice machine and ice scoop observed to be maintained in a clean and sanitary manner
- Staff on site FoodSafe level 1 certified
- All cold holding units equipped with working thermometers
- All violations addressed
