Comments

- General sanitation is satisfactory.
- Handwashing stations (front/back) supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, paper towels.
- Three compartment sink available to manual warewashing. Sanitizer available at 100ppm chlorine bleach solution.
- Surface sanitizer in designated bins available at 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks.
- No signs of pest activity. Third party pest control company inspects routinely.
- FOODSAFE trained staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection.

Temperature control:
- All coolers (undercounter, topping, upright) at < or = 4C
- Upright freezer = -19C
- Thermometers available in all refrigeration units.
- Daily temperature log is available and kept up to date. Recommend recording temperature in Celsius.
