- Handsink in the front lacked liquid soap. Operator noted that the front handsink is not regularly used. Ensure that handsink must be accessible and readily used before & after handling foods. Maintain the handsink in the front and use it when handling foods in the front.
- Ham stored in cooler insert measured 6C at the time of inspection. Thermometer stored in the coolers measured <4C. Ensure to keep a cover over during non-rush hours.
- 100ppm chlorine detected in sanitizer bottle
- Hot held foods (chicken, soup) measured >60C
- Coolers in the back kitchen measured <4C
- Freezers measured <-18C
- Low temp dishwasher produced 50ppm at plate's surface
