Introduction
An unscheduled inspection was conducted on September 21, 2021 to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP). All care categories were reviewed for compliance.

Items reviewed comply with the Act, regulations & standards of practice.
Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments
At the inspection dated September 21, 2021 there were approx. 10 children and 2 staff present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified. As part of this Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment was completed and a copy was provided.
Licensing conducted a walk-through of the entire facility.
The following discussions were had with the Manager:
· Storage of past children's files and accessibility
· Registrations & Emergency contacts
· Covid-19 prevention Strategies
· Physical Facility: Standing water & Storage of outdoor equipment
· Reportable Incidents

The information contained in the report was discussed with the Manager and Licensing stated that the report will be emailed to the facility.
