Observation: Licensing observed that a floor mat was torn in multiple places exposing foam.

Observation: Licensing observed that various cleaning supplies were stored in the open in one of the 3 washrooms. The staff member said children would not be using that washroom today.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure children do not have access to hazardous substances.

RECORDS AND REPORTING: 19250 - CCLR s.58(2)(a) - The licensee must (a) develop the care plan in consultation with a parent of the child requiring extra support and any person requested by the parent.
Observation: It was identified that a child requires a care plan to address a medical condition. The staff member was aware of the child's medical condition and how to support the child.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure care plans are created in consultation with parents and any person requested by the parent.
