Routine inspection conducted: - Handwashing station in front area, back area and washroom are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel - All display coolers are measured at less than 4C - All freezers at front and storage freezer at back are less than -18C - Hot holding unit is no longer used. Prepared items supplied by Nana's Kitchen. Minimal amount of ready to eat hot items is available - Sanitizer solution is available at 200ppm chlorine concentration - Food storage practices are satisfactory - NO evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection - Operator signature not required due to COVID 19 NOTE: Outstanding permit fee letter is hand delivered.
