Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-B5ETAK - Low temperature dishwasher measured 46 degrees C and 50 to 100 ppm chlorine in rinse residual at utensil surface - Bowls removed from food items noted on previous report. A scoop with a purpose built handle has been obtained since previous inspection and handle is stored outside of food product. - Chlorine and quats test strips are available on site. A numerical value is being recorded for dishwasher sanitizer log. - Food safety and sanitation plans on site. Ensure these are followed at all times. - Permit was posted at front during inspection. Note: Interior of ice machine located above beverage dispenser was observed at time of inspection as it was not accessible at previous inspection. Interior was observed to be in sanitary condition.
