Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Mesh bag of onions stored on floor
2. Cleaning chemicals stored next to cabbage
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure that all foods are stored at least 6 inches off the floor to protect from contamination and to facilitate cleaning. Ensure that food is stored away from cleaning chemicals and other potential sources of contamination.

Observation: Door seals of both two door coolers and prep cooler are broken/damaged.
Corrective Action(s): Please provide new door seals for the above-noted coolers to minimize loss of cold air and to facilitate proper cleaning and sanitizing. Date to be corrected by: August 4, 2017.

Routine inspection conducted:

- Left two door cooler at 4 degrees C
- Right two door cooler at 2 degrees C
- Prep cooler at 2 degrees C (below) and 4 to 5 degrees C (above)
- 1 door cooler at 4 degrees C
- Front beverage display at 2 degrees C
- Freezers functional
- Hot holding rice and inserts at greater than or equal to 60 degrees C
- Hand sinks (front, back) supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels
- Sanitizer available in front and kitchen areas at 100 to 200 ppm chlorine. *Reminder: Store wiping cloths in sanitizer when not in use.
- Three sink plugs available for ware washing sinks. Sanitizer prepared during inspection and measured 200 ppm quats.
- Ice machine in sanitary condition. Scoop stored safely.
- FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection
- Temeperature records are being maintained
- No evidence of pest activity observed at time of inspection
- Permit posted at front
