-Ensure that bleach (100ppm) or another sanitizer such as quats is used to sanitize bins and other food contact surfaces when they are emptied.
Hand sink supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
No evidence of pests. Pest control is on contract, invoice reviewed on site.
Refrigerator was < 4 C.
The high temperature dishwasher reached 71 C at the plate level.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
