Routine Inspection
-Hand wash station is fully equipped equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single-use towels.
-Both walk-in coolers are both at 4C and storage is adequate.
-Freezer is at -18C. **Organize freezer.**
-Dry storage is good. **Do not store scoops in food. **
-Foods hot held above 60 C.
-Buffet food kept for a maximum of 1.5 hours and then discarded.
-Low temperature dishwasher achieves 50-100 ppm Chlorine.
-Surface sanitizer (bleach) available and registered 100-200 ppm chlorine.
-No signs of pest activity.
