Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cooked rice and noodles found being stored at room temperature.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that foods are being cooled quickly to 20 degrees Celsius within 2 hours and then 4 degrees Celsius within 4 hours. Use shallow pans to assist in cooling and then place in cooler.
