General Comments: Operator has FS Level 1 equivalent Coolers are below 4 degC Freezers are below -18 degC Handsink was fully equipped 200ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in a spray bottle Operator also serves butter ckn, ckn curry, allo gobi, rice, naan but doesn't prepare these dishes onsite. They get these frozen from Pizza factory & Saffron and reheat it on order. KEEP RECEIPTS ON-SITE. *report reviewed, not signed due to covid*
