Follow up inspection to report F236408:

-High temp dishwasher achieved 73.4C at the plate's level during the final rinse cycle.
-The operator must provide working thermometer inside the domestic freezer.
-All refrigerator units supplied with working thermometers.
-Copies of FOODSAFE certificates - submitted.
-Templates for temp logs available.
-Surface sanitizer available in spray bottles at 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration.
-Prorated permit fee for August 2019 to March 2020 of $100 collected at the time of the inspection (Coast Capital savings cheque tracking #729)
