Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front vegetable cooler found to be at 13°C and containing dairy-based creamers. Storage of potentially hazardous foods above 4°C for more than 4 hours allows for survival and growth of harmful micro-organisms.
Corrective Action(s): Operator told to discared creamers and not store potentially hazardous foods in the veggie cooler.

Corrective Action(s): Operator is told to use manual three-compartment sink dishwashing method: scrape, wash at 45°C, rinse at 45°C, sanitize for 30 seconds at 45°C using 100-200ppm bleach (Chlorine solution), then air dry. To be Corrected by Friday, August 7, 2020.
