Routine health inspection. Cooler at 2 degrees C. Thermometer in place. Food items protected from potential contamination. Hand sink accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Three-compartment ware washing sink supplied with hot and cold running water, and built in drain stoppers. Quats sanitizer available in container with bar towels (200 ppm) and in sanitizing compartment of ware washing sink (200 ppm). Equipment/utensils, including ice machine and scoops, in sanitary condition. In use utensils are washed and sanitized following use. No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection. Daily logs maintained. FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection. Certificate for staff on site valid to July 31, 2024.
