Routine inspection conducted: Handsink (2 compartment sink near entrance door) equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water Two door upright cooler (glass door) at 3.7 deg C Domestic upright cooler: 2.9 deg C Freezer:-13 deg C Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle at 100 ppm chlorine residual General sanitation good, no signs of pests High temperature dishwasher achieved 77.4 deg C on rinse cycle at dish level (minimum 71 deg C required) No issues noted; no corrections required at this time Currently, the church fills out temporary permit applications when they want to host events using the kitchen to serve food for the public.
