Routine inspection conducted today: Handwash stations accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. All refrigeration units were at 4.0C or below. Hot hold units for soup and rotisserie chicken were holding food above 60.0C. QUAT sanitizer spray bottle and sanitize basin in the manual warewashing sink were noted with 400 PPM QUAT. QUAT test strips available. In-use utensils in good condition and sanitary. Deli station was noted sanitary. No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
