Observation: Minor amount of rodent droppings observed under cash register (where expanding foam was sprayed). Staff stated there has been some minor activity in the past and professional pest company has been dealing with them.
Corrective Action(s):
- Ensure that all rodent droppings are cleaned up as soon as they are found.
- Seal any potential entry points
- Continue to follow professional pest control recommendations

- Opened packages of ingredients stored in pest proof bins - ensure to check new packages for rodent damage before use (must be discarded if rodent damage observed)
