Health permit posted. Ensure to place decal on top of the old one and health permit must be displayed in plain public view.
Hand wash stations equipped with liquid soap and paper towels.
Quats sanitizer measured 200 ppm.
-Have technician check the lines to ensure it is dispensing at the correct concentration.
Walk-in cooler was at 3-4 deg C. This cooler was clean and organized.
Upright freezer was at -16 deg C. Delivery truck came in at time of inspection. All products were being put away.
Prep line cooler was at 5-6 deg C (tetra pak juices and shredded lettuce stored in this cooler).
Hot holding: rice = 65 deg C; meats = >60 deg C; refried beans = >60 deg C.
Cold holding: sour cream and salsa = 4 deg C.
Temperature log was available and up to date.
No signs of pests noted at time of visit.
General sanitation was satisfactory. Washrooms were well maintained.
Note: Ensure at least one person on duty has Food Safe 1 training. Keep copies of Food Safe 1 certificates on file.
