Pest control company contracted with monthly visits. Latest visit March 14, 2022 (invoice 11477).
Corrective Action(s): 1. Please ask pest control services provider to provide locations of captures and recommendations on remediation of issue.
2. Follow instructions from professional pest control company on how to remove droppings.
3. Droppings should be removed from identified areas and monitored for new activity.

Sanitation:
All handwash stations equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, paper towels and garbage receptacle
High temperature dishwasher measured 72.1°C on third run
Two compartment sink available, drain plugs available in case equipment needs to be manually washed and sanitized (with bleach).
QUATS sanitizer available in spray bottle; please mix a fresh bottle daily whenever in operation
Overall sanitation of facility adequate

Storage:
All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
All products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
Storage area was well-organized.
Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas.

Operator has valid Food Handler Certification Course (FoodSAFE level 1 equivalent) certificate (expiry July 16, 2025)
