Hand sinks are stocked with soap and paper towels. There is currently no production on site, only storage. BBQ sauces and chocolates are made off site by other manufacturers. Prepackaged bottled sauces (no refrigeration required), packaging materials and chocolates (prepackaged frozen) are stored on site. 3 compartment sink available for manual ware washing, and a commercial dishwasher that is not in use. No signs of pests - pest control plan in place.
