Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer solution is not available in kitchen at any station
Corrective Action(s): - Buckets were filled with sanitizer solution from dispenser and was measured at 200ppm quats sanitizer
- Ensure that all food contact surfaces are sanitized using food surface sanitizer and allowed to air dry

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): It was observed that all dishware that was washed, rinsed and sanitized in dishware were being dried using a cloth and not air dried
Corrective Action(s): Do not dry the dishes with cloth. Allow the dishes to air dry after wash, rinse and sanitize cycle in the dishwasher

- All other handwashing stations stocked with cold and hot running water, soap, and paper towels.
- All coolers (walk in, sandwich display and drinks, upright) are less than 4C.
- Walk-in freezer is -17C
- Hot holding units are measured at greater than 60C at the time of inspection
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 74C at the dish level during the final rinse cycle.
- Dry storage area is satisfactory.
- No signs of pest activity noted at the time of inspection
- FOODSAFE is verified at the time of inspection
- General Sanitation is satisfactory
