Routine Inspection Kitchen was being used by King's Banquet at the time of inspection. Ensure other renters obtain a food permit/ temporary food permit if they will be offering food to the public. 3 compartment sink fully equipped. **High temperature dishwasher reached a temperature of 160 F on the plate surface after multiple runs. Recommend increasing the temperature so that multiple runs are not required. **Domestic cooler ambient air temperature at 6 C. Ensure it is not used for potentially hazardous foods until cooler is 4 C or below. Volunteers for King's Banquet were not using this cooler and not sure who uses it. Pest control traps in place.
