Observation: 1. The shelves in the walk-in cooler have lining that is peeling off.
2. Broken floor tiles near hand sink as soon you enter processing area.
Corrective Action(s): 1. All food contact surfaces must be in good condition. Remove lining and finish shelves with material that is non-porous, smooth and easy to clean.
2. Replace broken tiles.

Handwashing stations equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels.
2-compartment sink available for manual warewashing with a 3rd compartment set up for sanitizing. Sanitizer registered 200 ppm chlorine.
Walk-in cooler noted at 4C or below.
Walk-in freezer noted at -18C or below.
Blast chiller in use to rapidly cool cooked foods.
Daily temperature records maintained.
Food equipment cleaned and sanitized after each use and equipment was in a clean condition,
Surface sanitizer in spray bottles labelled and registered 200 ppm chlorine.
No signs of pest activity.
