Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs spray bottles and 3rd compartment sink measured at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available. QUATs test strips available.
Prep cooler, stand-up cooler, undercounter cooler, walk-in cooler measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezer measured at -18C.
Food observed to be stored at least 6inches off the floor.
No signs of pests observed.

NOTE: Operator informed that he took FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate approxiamately a year ago. Operator not able to present FOODSAFE Level 1 certification. Ensure all staff FOODSAFE Level 1 certification is on-site so that inspector can validate valid FOODSAFE Level 1 operator. Ensure at least one staff has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certification at all times within the premises during operation. Email operator valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certification for validation. Email of inspector provided.

Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
