Dishwasher detergent has now been hooked up to the dishwasher
Ceiling tiles have been cleaned.
Separate designate buckets are now being used for storing raw chicken/meats and vegetables.
Raw meats and kept separate from vegetables and ready to eat foods. Good.
Floor has been cleaned behind the coolers.

-The old white upright cooler and deep freezer ( both out of order) will be removed by Monday.

* A commercial floor cleaner/degreaser is required to be used in the mop bucket when cleaning the floors. ( Immediately)
* Replace worn out door gasket for the line cooler across from the grill.
* Ensure to monitor and record temperatures for all coolers at least once a day.
