- Cleaning has been done - walk in cooler, cooler racks and space above ventilation hood by the walk way and walk in cooler looks a lot cleaner - No more food storage observed on the ground >>> Spilt rice observed the back storage area, please clean up as soon as possible to prevent attraction of pests. - Please maintain cleanliness - Sanitizer at 50ppm QUAT and observed to be very hot. >>> Instructed staff to refresh sanitizer with lower temperature water. >>> Please have test strips available to test sanitizer concentrations. >>> Sanitizer at dispenser measure 200ppm QUAT
