Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Lack of prepared sanitizer solution available on site during inspection - CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - Sanitizer solution dispensed from unit into bucket for use.
Lack of sink plugs observed during inspection - CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - Sink plugs purchased during inspection.
"PERdiem General Purpose Cleaner with Hydrogen Peroxide" is being used in facility - according to manufacturer information this is a "CLEANER" only and should be rinsed with potable water after each use on food contact surfaces.

Corrective Action(s): Owner to use spray bottle and locate label for sanitizer spray bottle.
Ensure sink plugs are at facility everyday for proper washing and sanitizing of items.

Observation: Cleaning required in the following places:
- Shelves with food debris (seeds) as these are a pest attractant
- "Silform" mats are to be cleaned and boxed if not used. These are a pest attractant
- Clean rolling pins prior to putting away in storage
- Clean bottom storage shelves under display case as rodent droppings have accumulated in corners.

Corrective Action(s): Spray rodent droppings with 200ppm chlorine solution or equivalent. Remove droppings from area. Wet affected area with 200ppm chlorine or equivalent and soak area.

Additionally, according to the MSDS sheet this product is a "CLEANER" only.
