- All handsinks - near cookline, at prep sink, at three compartment sink and washroom are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel.
- High temperature dishwashers are measured and 71C and 75C during final rinse at the dish surface.
- Cooler (walk-in) and drinks cooler at front are measured at less than 4C, new cooler (prep cooler) is added to the front area but not in use at this time
- Two chest freezers are functional and measured at -16C and -18c.
- Sanitizer solution available in spray bottle measured at 200ppm chlorine residual.
- No pest activity is noted.
- Foodsafe is verified
- General sanitation is satisfactory
- Dry storage is satisfactory.

NOTE: Facility is not open for take-out yet. It is currently used as base of operation for the two trucks. Business License and other approvals are in place. Please inform area EHO when you open for take-out business
