Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Lactic acid/DDBSA dispenser, sanitizer buckets, spray bottle at 704-1875ppm/272-700ppm. Low-temperature dishwasher measured at 200ppm chlorine final rinse.
Walk-in cooler and stand-up cooler measured at 4C or lower. Walk-in freezer measured at -18C. Hot-holding unit measured at 61.5C.
Ice machine observed to be in sanitary condition. Meat slicer observed to be in sanitary condition. Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor. Meat slicer observed to be in operation at the time of inspection.
No signs of pests observed.

NOTE: Increase frequency of exhaust hood vent at grill area where it is used frequently to 2x/week while the side exhaust hood vents can be cleaned 1x/week.

Overall, facility is well organized.
