A routine inspection was conducted due to ownership change:
- Coolers 4C; freezers -17C; hot holding units above 60C; thermometers present; and temps recorded daily
- 3 comp sink method for manual warewashing. Soap + bleach present.
- [Cl2] for sanitizer in spray + cloth buckets was 100ppm.
- Hand sinks stocked w/liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot + cold water.
- All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; date coded; labeled; stored in groups; raw proteins stored below RTE foods; and foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves + racks.
- No expired foods for sale or in use. FIFO rules being followed.
- Premises is as per approved floor plan.
- All surfaces are in good shape, level, smooth, sealed + cleanable.
- FSP + SP submitted + approved
- Future plans to adjust menu. Notify our office of any changes.
- FS certified staff present. Owner is in the process of completing the refresher course.
- Cheque for the yearly permit fees was obtained (cheque #002), in the amount $62.50.
- Permit to operate granted.
