Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): [REPEAT VIOLATION] Hand washing station located in back preparation area next to ice machine is observed obstructed with a step stool and not supplied with paper towel during inspection. Staff placed napkins at the hand washing station and removed the step stool from this area.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store any items in front of the hand washing station to ensure the hand sink is easily accessible to staff. Maintain designated hand washing stations with paper towel, hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel at all times to promote proper hand washing by staff.

Routine Inspection Conducted

Observations:
- All coolers at or below 4'C
- All freezers at or below -18'C
- Thermometers available in cold-holding units
- General sanitation of premise is satisfactory during inspection
- Hand washing station at front service and in washroom observed unoccupied and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs
- QUATs sanitizer in pails with wiping cloths (X2) and in 3-compartment sink measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration with test strip
- Room temperature holding for bubble tea pearls is time tracked. Staff stated that bubble tea is stored at room temperature for 4 hours and discarded after that time.
- Food is observed protected from potential contamination (stored at least 6 inches off the floor and covered)
- No signs of pests during time of inspection
- Equipment stored in a sanitary manner
- Ice machine observed in good sanitary condition with scoop placed outside the machine
- Chemicals are stored away from food
- FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent trained staff is available on site
- Operating permit in a conspicuous location on site
