Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the time of inspection, food contact spray sanitizers registered at 100 ppm QUATs and staff indicated the use of a rinse chemical for sanitizing in the three compartment sink
Corrective Action(s): - A chlorine solution was created for the three compartment sink which registered at 100 ppm chlorine. All dishes and equippment are to be washed, rinsed, sanitized and air dried
- Food contact spray sanitizers were replenished with 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer solution

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No soap was available at the handwashing station at the start of the inspection. No soap was dispensing from the wall mounted soap dispenser
Corrective Action(s): A soap dispenser was provided such that the handwashing station is now supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel

Observation: 10+ mice droppings noted along the walls of the facility and underneath the middle food preparation table area
Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean and sanitize the above mentioned areas
- First thoroughly sanitize the areas and then sweep the droppings
- Use personal protective equipment when cleaning and sanitizing the area
- Corrective action: immediately
