Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back prep cooler with cooked and uncooked meat noted at 10 C. Back kitchen is very hot, back prep cooler located directly across from cooking line.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all potentially hazardous foods are stored at or below 4 C. All food stored above 4 C for more than 4 hours must be discarded.
