Routine inspection conducted:

- Walk in cooler at 3 degrees C
- Left preparation cooler at 2 degrees C (above) and 4 degrees C (below)
- Right preparation cooler at 2 degrees C (above) and 3 degree C (below)
- Open display cooler at 1 degree C
- Coolers equipped with thermometers accurate to 1 degree C
- Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer available from dispenser at three-compartment sink and in buckets with wiping cloths at 200 ppm
- Three compartment sink supplied with hot and cold running water, detergent, sanitizer, and sink plugs for manual ware washing
- Hand washing stations (service area, kitchen) are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels
- Non-latex gloves available
- Staff washroom maintained in clean condition
- Chemical storage is separate from food storage
- Staff personal belongings stored in separate area away from food
- No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection
- Temperature record sheet is up to date
- Permit posted at front
Note: Ensure that door seals and surrounding areas on coolers are being routinely cleaned and sanitized to prevent build up and/or staining from debris and mildew. A small amount of debris/mildew present.
Note: Ensure that utensil storage bins are routinely cleaned as debris may drop into bins and accumulate over time. Bins to be placed into ware washing area for washing and sanitizing. Few crumbs/debris observed at the bottom of some bins.
