A follow-up inspection was completed: - FRP has been installed along the walls, above the counter top, to repair the damaged walls. - The floor has been painted and is smooth, sealed and cleanable. - The operator has informed the City of the waste pipe, under the 2-comp sink, not properly connected to a sanitary pipe. The City has not completed the work yet, but has until April 2023. This will be checked for completion PRIOR to the premises starts operation in 2023. Failure to correct the matter by the assigned date, will result in delaying the opening of the premises until it is corrected.
