Routine Inspection Conducted Observations: - All coolers at or below 4'C - All freezers at or below -19'C - Hot-holding units measured at or above 60'C - Temperature logs are maintained on site - good - General sanitation is satisfactory - All hand washing stations are adequately supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel - 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs and bleach - QUATs sanitizer in pail with wiping cloth measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration with test strip - Food observed protected from potential contamination, stored covered and at least 6 inches off the floor - No signs of pests during inspection - Proffesional pest control company is contracted - FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff available on site - Permit posted in a conspicuous location on site *Recommendation: - Cutting boards are observed with deep scores.
