- No bracket in bulk food bins to store scoop. *Ensure scoop handles are not placed into food*. Owner stated he will have staff insert scoop into food with handle out - ok. If concerns/violations are found with the bulk food scoops in the future an alternate system may be required. - Build in thermometer in produce cooler is not accurate - put an independent thermometer into this unit if used for anything other than whole produce. Good items noted: - Coolers <4C - Freezer <-18C - Handwash stations fully stocked - Bleach available onsite for sanitizing - All items from previous owner that were not required for premise operation have been removed - General sanitation and maintenance is good - No signs of pests noted - Tap reaching all three sinks installed in back area - Repair to backsplash above triple sink complete - Floor plans and certificate of incorporation received Health approval to operate granted! *This approval does not replace the requirements for approval from other departments such as (but not limited to the City).
