Follow up inspection:
-Cleaning improvements were made to the FRP board near the 2-compartment sink to remove the build-up of debris.
-A probe thermometer in good working order was available on-site to monitor food temperatures. Operator informed they found this thermometer after the previous routine inspection.
-Operator informed that chemical test strips are on order to monitor the concentration of QUATS and Iodine sanitizer.

Signature is not required on this report due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
