-Facility is restarting hot food, self service program this week. Signage will be posted by the food island to remind customers to wear gloves or sanitize their hands. Both gloves and sanitizer are provided. Customers are reminded to provide 2m physical distancing between customers.
-Self service beverage stations have resumed operation. Signage will be posted to advise customers to wear gloves or sanitize their hands. Both gloves and sanitizer are provided. Customers are reminded to provide 2m physical distancing between customers. High touch surfaces are disinfected every hour.
-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Display cooler was at 4C.
-Under counter cooler (hot food area) was at 3C.
-Swirl Soft Serve hopper was at 4C.
-Dairy dispenser was at 4C.
-Freezers were less than -18C.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 2-compartment sink. Sink plugs and Quats dispenser pail available.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer spray bottle labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the floor and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until June 3, 2022.
